Mamaearth’s latest TVC campaign with Shilpa Shetty Kundra promotes safe playtime for kids

Mamaearth, a player in the field of baby and personal care, has released its latest campaign featuring Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty Kundra in her capacity as brand ambassador. In the campaign, a spotlight is cast on child safety against the backdrop of the emergence of mosquito borne diseases and how they warrant protection.

The new campaign underlines the plight of parents in the battle against mosquitoes that pose a serious health threat. Mamaearth boasts a wide range of mosquito repellent products that promise up to 12 hours of protection with patches made from natural components such as citronella oil, eucalyptus oil, and peppermint oil. These repellents do not contain toxins and are rather safe for very little children.

Even as a mother herself, Shilpa Shetty Kundra backs the initiative as she states that the products have been made for children and as such must be for a mother, safe and chemical-free. "As a mother, my children's well-being is always my biggest priority. The brand is all about toxin-free, baby safe products, which have growing concerns attached to them regarding child safety.

This campaign was conceived and implemented by Steve Priya, under creative direction from Priya Pardiwalla, who spoke about the emotional tug-of-war parents experience between their children's joy and the threat posed by mosquitoes.
