Birla Estates, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate, has launched its much awaited #StoriesPerSqFt campaign for the Indian T20 2025, starring cricket celebrities Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Krunal Pandya. The campaign is based on the concept of Every Sq. Ft. Tells a Story and is a continuation of Birla Estates’ ongoing affiliation with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in its fourth year as the principal sponsor.
The campaign contains three digital video ads sure to engage the audience, bringing interest to the interstitial cultures of cricket and property ownership. A sad interplay between the Chinnaswamy Stadium and homes by Birla Estates emphasizes every square foot as a measure, whether on the ground or within a home. A melodious voiceover speaks about the agony and ecstasy of a cricket match: "To feel mortal, 15 sq. ft., to feel superhuman, 5 sq. ft." The campaign ends with a verse that is indeed lyrical: "Homes where every sq. ft. tells a story," thus relating all the emotions attached to cricket milestones with the events cherished at home.
