Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer landscape and an ability to build strong relationships with influencers to deliver successful campaigns. He/she will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with the company's brand and business goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Identify and recruit influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaboration and campaign delivery
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and contract agreements
- Create campaign briefs and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and guidelines
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
