Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive informed decision-making for our advertising campaigns. He/she should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize advertising strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of advertising performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal teams and clients.
  • Create visually compelling presentations to illustrate data-driven insights.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising strategies and creative elements.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Integrate data from various platforms and sources to create a unified view for comprehensive analysis.
  • Work with APIs and databases to extract, transform, and load data as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate changes in consumer behaviour and advertising landscape.
  • Provide proactive recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Key Skills Required
  • A post Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Experience as a Data Analyst in the advertising or marketing domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with advertising platforms and metrics (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset."
