Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Gifting Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion and sale of corporate gifting solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the corporate gifting industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand their gifting needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations to offer tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Customize offerings based on client requirements, branding guidelines, and budget constraints.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory or client segment.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market insights to sales management.
Key skill required
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the corporate gifting industry or a related B2B sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate gifting trends, best practices, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility to travel as required meeting with clients and attending industry events.
