Roles & Responsibilities
- To generate leads and acquire new clients from varied sectors & industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on competitor and market analysis
- Upsell & cross sell services to existing clients to maximize profitability.
- Maintain PR with existing clients while building new clients as well
- Should be able to propose strategies as per the market trends.
- Responsible to onboard HNI clients with 1 Cr business opportunity annually
- Train and guide the internal team to penetrate the existing market and achieve the target billing.
- Achieve individual as well as team targets
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in an advertising agency
- Mandatory work experience in Offline advertising media
- Experience in converting business of 1 Cr. or more annually from a single client
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional skills in maintaining PR with clients
- Strong analytical skills to brainstorm business strategies
- Ability to drive the team towards the mission and assist wherever needed.
- Ability to close complex deals personally.
